At Ari Bikes, we stand by our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
