What is the shipping timeframe for new bikes?
In-stock bikes typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do Ari Bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a toolkit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes that have been ridden outdoors.
